Metal halogen lamp, also called high-strength halogen lamp, belongs to a kind of metal halide lamp, the spectral range between200 nm to 450 nm. Mainly used for the dry film, wet film, green flux of exposure, the biggest characteristic of the lamp is ultraviolet intensity is high.Halogen lamps in use process need to form a complete set of corresponding ballast and triggers.

- Metal halide lamp is mainly used in the UV curing ink, UV paint, dry film, wet film,green resistance welding and plate exposure. With color in screen printing and curing, especially thicker coating products and white, black dry has prominent effect.Metal halogen lamp spectrum energy is quite coincident with some qualitative material absorption spectrum, can very rapid hardening reaction, can be widely used in film, silk screen, PCB, diazo film and plate exposure; Metal halide lamp also can be applied to different surface of the printing and coating industry.
